Sergio Herman, a true NederBelg at heart, has grown into one of the most renowned chefs of the Low Countries and far beyond. After the success of his Michelin-starred restaurants and his guidance of restaurant owners in "Mijn Keuken, Mijn Restaurant", he felt the urge to break out in 2019.

Geronimo came at the perfect time, challenging him to explore new culinary horizons with a few famous guests. "Sergio Over De Grens" was born. After 25 episodes, Sergio, VTM, and Geronimo didn’t just make waves—they also pushed their own boundaries.
